Q: Who do I contact if I have technical issues?

Q: What are the system requirements for attending a live Web Seminar via Sametime Software? 
A: Check Your Browser and Settings: To use Sametime Software to attend web seminars you need one of the following browsers:  
  Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.01 with Service Pack 2 or higher  
  Netscape Navigator 4.5 or higher 
      
  Follow these instructions to test your connectivity: 
  Open your Internet Browser 
  Go to http://emeeting.prudential.com 
  Click on Attend a Meeting 
  Click on the “Prudential Financial - Conference Setup” This will begin preparing the Sametime Meeting Room. 
  If this is your first time attending a Sametime meeting, you may be asked by your browser to accept certain components signed by Lotus Development. If this occurs, click on the "Yes" button to accept the components. (this step may take up to 10 minutes if this is your first time using Sametime technology) 
  When prompted, enter your name and click “OK” 
  You will then be prompted for a meeting password. Type in the meeting password "pru" (without the quotations) in the box provided. Then click "OK." The password is case sensitive - please use all lower case letters. 
  Once you see the Prudential Financial logo page this indicates that you have successfully connected to the web seminar software. 
    
Q: What are the system requirements for viewing a pre-recorded seminar in the Web Seminar Center? 
A: To view the recorded web seminars, you need an Internet browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator versions 4.0 or higher.

Microsoft Windows Media Player (WMP) is also required to listen to and view the recorded web seminars. WMP is included with most versions of Windows. However, if you do not have it, you can download it for free from Microsoft's Windows Media Player Download Site.
 
 
    
Q: Where can I get Adobe Acrobat Reader? 
A: Several presentations have related documents that are in Adobe .pdf format.  In order to view those documents, Adobe Acrobat Reader is required.  If you do not have Acrobat Reader, you can download it from Adobe. 
    
Q: I cannot see the whole recorded session on my screen, is there anything I can do? 
A: Screen resolution of 1024 x 768 is recommended for viewing the recorded sessions.  For Windows users, you can change your screen resolution by right clicking on your desktop, choosing properties, then settings, then adjusting the screen area.
