For most live or on-demand presentations, please be sure to disable any pop-up blocker software you may have and/or accept any pop-ups or installations, if prompted. Also, if the event features streaming audio, be sure you have speakers or headphones connected to your computer's audio port, with the volume set at an appropriate level, to hear the streaming presentation.
Be sure to follow all the instructions that you may have received via email. Again, be sure to temporarily disable any pop-up blocker software that your browser or browser toolbars may be using (like Google, Yahoo, Earthlink toolbars, etc.). This may prevent the presentation console from loading in a separate window. If prompted, be sure to accept any security warnings or prompts to install/download software or Active X controls. You may have to close all your browser windows, then open a new browser window and join the session via the original instructions.
